CAN I EXCHANGE OR MAKE A REFUND AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT?
As SUNPAN is a wholesaler, we operate differently than a retail store. Our products are final sale. Please contact your local SUNPAN Sales Representative for more information.
WHY IS IT THAT THE COLOR IS NOT EXACTLY AS SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE OR IN YOUR CATALOGUE
Every attempt is made to ensure color accuracy on our website and in the catalogue, but as such, there will be slight color differences depending on the lighting, print and color accuracy of individual monitors and print. We have swatches for most of our products available upon request. We recommend ordering a swatch prior to purchase for reference. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase a swatch memo or binder.
HOW CAN DEALER BE INCLUDED ON SUNPAN'S WHERE TO BUY LIST?
In order to be featured on the Where To Buy list, a dealer must reach a certain purchase quantity throughout the year. Eligible accounts will be reviewed and added. Please contact your local SUNPAN Sales Representative for further details.

WHAT IS PROPOSITION 65?
Proposition 65 is a law enforced in the state of California.
It requires businesses to notify Californians about significant amounts of chemicals in the products they purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment.
The list of chemicals contains a wide range of naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals that are known to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals include additives or ingredients in pesticides, common household products, food, drugs, dyes, or solvents. Listed chemicals may also be used in manufacturing and construction, or they may be byproducts of chemical processes, such as motor vehicle exhaust.
The list is updated and maintained by the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA). To learn more, please visit the official website.
There is a possibility that SUNPAN products and/or packaging may come in contact with some of the listed chemicals (such as wood dust or flame retarded solvents) at our manufacturing facilities. As such, we are required to affix a warning label to products stating the exact verbiage:
This product can expose you to chemicals including [name of California Prop 65 substance (eg Wood Dust)], which is known to the State of California to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/furniture."
As SUNPAN products are sold in the state of California, we are required to abide by its state regulations.
