WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR SHIPMENT?
All new accounts must meet a minimum value of $2,000 on the initial order.
For all future orders, the minimum order value for shipment within Ontario is $300, and the rest of Canada is $500; the minimum order value for shipment within the United States is $500.
If your order falls under the minimum, a Customer Service Representative will advise you of the freight cost before placing your order.
DO YOU SHIP TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES?
No, SUNPAN can only ship to business or commercial addresses.
DO YOU OFFER A FREIGHT CAP ON ORDERS
We do offer freight caps for orders $1,000 or greater in Canada and the U.S., calculated on the original order value before any sales or discounts.
Unless otherwise instructed SUNPAN will prepay the freight and charge it to your invoice. Please advise our Customer Service if you have an account with a freight forwarder you would like us to use.
HOW DOES A SHIPMENT ARRIVE?
Our shipments arrive on pallets for LTL and full trailer delivers. This helps protect the furniture during shipment. If your order is too small to be placed on a pallet, the order size will have to be increased.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Shipping lead times vary depending on where the product is being delivered. Please review the approximate lead times below.
1 to 2 business days - Ontario and Quebec
3 to 7 business days - Maritimes
4 to 7 business days - Saskatchewan and Manitoba
7 to 10 business days - West Coast
1 to 3 business days – Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin
3 to 4 business days – Alabama, Georgia, Iowa, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee
4 to 6 business days – Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wyoming
5 to 10 business days – Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington

CAN I EXCHANGE OR MAKE A REFUND AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT?

WHY IS IT THAT THE COLOR IS NOT EXACTLY AS SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE OR IN YOUR CATALOGUE
Every attempt is made to ensure color accuracy on our website and in the catalogue, but as such, there will be slight color differences depending on the lighting, print and color accuracy of individual monitors and print. We have swatches for most of our products available upon request. We recommend ordering a swatch prior to purchase for reference. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase a swatch memo or binder.
HOW CAN DEALER BE INCLUDED ON SUNPAN'S WHERE TO BUY LIST?
In order to be featured on the Where To Buy list, a dealer must reach a certain purchase quantity throughout the year. Eligible accounts will be reviewed and added. Please contact your local SUNPAN Sales Representative for further details.

SUNPAN currently operates three permanent showrooms.
Our 20,000 sq.ft. showroom and head office in Toronto, Canada is open to the trade and dealers all year-round, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST, by appointment only. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com to schedule an appointment.
