The COM Process 

  • Step 1

    Choose from our selection of bestselling contract frames. Tailor the design to your project’s requirements by choosing your material and frame finish.

  • Step 2

    Once you’ve finalized your design, submit a request for a quote. A SUNPAN sales representative will work with you to finalize all the details.

  • Step 3

    If required, we can ship you a sample for inspection. Once the sample is confirmed, your order goes into production.

Can I place a COM order for a frame not listed? 

We are currently only offering COM on select frames due to agreements with our suppliers. Depending on your needs, our modifiable frames might be a suitable option for your project. Your sales representative can work with you to find solutions for your request.

What are your material guidelines? 

We can upholster our designs in your choice of fabric or leather so long as it is provided as continuous yardage.
